Somehow I have gotten behind in my posts on here! These were pictures taken back in October of my family. We needed some pics of the kids in their FFA showteam uniforms and took advantage of the great background a local barn provided. We know we were the last ones to take pictures here as it was completely fenced in early the next day and torn down soon after.

When the kid came out dressed like this for school this morning and had to feed his pig on the way I knew I had to bring my camera along! The opportunity was just to good to pass up!

 

Time and time again this girlie smiles for me and patiently poses so I can indulge in one of my very favorite past times! Love her smile!

Every once in a while the lighting is just right! 

The time we have spent at the farm this summer/fall has been so much fun. We have learned together, made new friends and enjoyed time with the friends we had already! And I have been able to drag my camera along and have a great time capturing the moments spent on the farm!

Lily was enjoying vacation just as much as the rest of us! But it's always good to be home.

Now that we are back my mind is racing with ideas for photo shoots. Thinking about offering Back to School mini sessions. 

We had the prettiest little vistor this afternoon.


The boy and I had gotten into the car to head to the hardware store this afternoon when something came walking out from behind the bushes in the front flower bed as we backed out. She was a pretty little thing that was calm enough to let me get down on her level for some pictures.
So glad she stopped by!

Little kitty is growing up and lapping milk on his own. Just loved his little milk beard this evening!

Last day home alone for a while and while I should be doing housework I instead find myself taking advantage of having a small kitten in the house! It's fun to take pics of cute little critters!

The guys headed out on a Tuesday evening adventure so Morgan and I decided to have an adventure of our own at sunset. She is wearing her new 8th Grade Promotion dress and shoes. Wasn't it just yesterday she got all dressed up to graduate from Preschool?

Since the Bride and Groom have had a chance to make their pictures public I thought I would post a few. This was my first wedding and I will always be grateful that they gave me the chance to take pictures of their special day for them!

I had such a great time photographing them and their family!

Memorial Day is the traditional kick off to the Summer season for many. With just days of school left for the kids it  is a taste of days coming to spend time with their cousin doing what kids do best! Having FUN!

Okay! This is it! The final edits on the Smart Wedding are being done NOW! And then I am going to set them free! Wow! This editing part is tougher than I thought it would be. It's difficult to know when they are really done and making the decision of what stays and what goes! Praying they will like them!

Spent some time this morning with Ashton and her sweet little one  taking some pics. I had such a great time!

I have been driving past this old barn for months thinking "they'll be tearing it down soon, sure would make a great place to take some pictures" so I decided to stop and take some shots of it even though I didn't have anyone I could drag out and put in front of it!

 The school year is wrapping up! The Spring Concert was last night and the kids played their final performance of the 2011-2012 school year! Next year they will be together at the high school playing in the same band. And they will probably behave better together for their band director than they do for their parents! At least I hope so!

Portfolio Day at the middle school gave me the opportunity to get out early in the morning and grab some shots of my youngest in her interview ready attire. She's growing up so fast.
